Prithvi Estate
Prithvi Estate is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of French neoclassical architecture, composed around symmetry, proportion and a memorable sense of arrival. Limestone surfaces, measured ornament and a strong central axis establish a dignified character across the expansive Hyderabad site.
The landscape extends the architecture through gardens, pavilions, lawns and intimate outdoor settings. Each space is positioned to offer a distinct experience while maintaining privacy, clarity of movement and a consistent relationship between the residence and its grounds.
Neoclassical architecture, drawing inspiration from the globally celebrated French classical style, defines this project both in form and spirit. The façade is enriched with intricately adorned stone detailing, where a stately pediment crowns the entablature, lending the residence an air of sophistication and proportion.
Clad in French limestone, the exterior stands radiant across the expansive five-acre site. The approach to the residence is a carefully choreographed driveway which unfolds gradually, building anticipation and preserving privacy before revealing the main structure in a moment of quiet drama, marking a refined and ceremonial arrival at the entrance. The estate hosts consciously curated landscape with fragrance gardens, outdoor pavilions, trellises, congregation lawns, fire pits and sit out spots all across the site offering individually customized experiences.
The project is truly a bold statement in this era of everchanging trends, honoring timeless proportions and ornate façade articulation.
